When you register for an Account or purchase a course, we collect your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number. Payment transaction information is processed securely through encrypted third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree) and is never stored on our servers.

3. Log Files and Telemetry
HackMentors follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Cyber Range Telemetry Notice
Our cloud cyber range also ingests terminal telemetry logs to evaluate student task completions. This telemetry logs active bash commands run inside isolated labs for qualification purposes only.
