1. Refund Policy Overview
At HackMentors, we strive to provide detailed course information so you can make an informed decision before enrolling. Since our courses include immediate access to learning materials, digital resources, and reserved seats for live batches (where applicable) (even if it's not live in such case too), purchases are generally considered final.
Important Notice
Because course enrollment instantly provisions lab tokens, download credentials, and software syllabus materials, we are unable to offer standard change-of-mind refunds after digital provisioning.
2. Cancellation Policy
Users may request to cancel their course registration under the following guidelines:
- Cancellations are accepted **only** if the request is submitted via email to [email protected] **before** account credentials, learning modules, or range access tokens have been generated and dispatched.
- Once login details or range keys are dispatched electronically, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- For scheduled live cohorts, cancellation requests must be filed at least **48 hours** prior to the kick-off session.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
In cases where a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances or cancellation criteria:
Standard Processing Window
All approved refund amounts are processed and credited back to the customer's **original payment source** (such as credit/debit card, net banking account, or mobile wallet used during checkout) within **5 to 7 business days** in accordance with banking channel guidelines.

Each request is reviewed individually, and where appropriate, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
